1. ABIS d.o.o. Ljubljana shall undertake to carry out the translating or proofreading services professionally under the conditions laid down in the offer. All prices are stated in EURO (VAT not included).
2. The abovementioned prices apply to 1 translation page of the translated text (1500 characters without spaces = 250 words).
3. Particularly demanding texts are considered to be terminologically complex professional texts or the originals that are difficult to understand.
4. Translations to be put in press are additionally proofread, the costs of proofreading are charged to the price of translation. The texts can also be proofread at client's request. The price of proofreading shall be 15 % to 50 % of the basic price for the translation, depending on the complexity of proofreading.
5. Urgent translations are considered to be the translations that are carried out outside working hours (after 6 p. m., over the weekend or holiday), and whenever the daily effect of the translator exceeds the standard norm.
6. The standard norm is five (5) translation pages (one translation page consists of 1,500 characters without spaces) into Slovenian language a day or four (4) translation pages into a foreign language a day. When determining the daily effect of the translator, the date of acceptance and the date of submission of the translation as well as the weekends and holidays shall be excluded.
7. Additional services concerning the translation (editing, copying etc.) performed by the translator shall be charged in accordance with the actual time spent and costs incurred.
8. Additional discounts may be granted following prior agreement.
